Shipping and Return Policy

All pre-orders will take 2-4 weeks from release date to be fulfilled. 

Regular purchases are generally packaged and shipped out within 3 business days.

All orders will be shipped out through USPS.

Lost Package: In the case of a lost package, you must reach out to USPS and file a lost package claim. Please go here for further information: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Refund Policy: There are no refunds or returns on any orders. All packages and items are inspected before being shipped out.
